T·TIME Health Inc. is a non-clinical technology, administrative, customer support, billing, subscription management, and marketing services provider.
T·TIME does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment.
All clinical services, including medical evaluations, diagnoses, prescriptions, laboratory review, and treatment decisions, are provided exclusively by independent licensed healthcare providers and affiliated medical organizations ("Clinical Providers"), which are separate legal entities from T·TIME.
T·TIME does not control, direct, or interfere with the professional judgment of any Clinical Provider.
The Platform does not replace in-person medical care.
Information available through the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
Any medical decision, including whether to prescribe medication, order laboratory testing, modify treatment, or discontinue treatment, is made solely by the applicable Clinical Provider based on independent medical judgment, applicable law, and the information provided by the patient.
Clinical Providers maintain sole responsibility for all medical services provided through their respective practices and platforms.
The Platform is available only to individuals who are physically located within the United States at the time services are requested.
Service availability may vary based on provider availability, pharmacy availability, applicable law, and other operational, regulatory, or clinical considerations.
At this time, services are not available in U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories.
Treatment options, prescription availability, and program features may vary based on state law, provider availability, pharmacy restrictions, and other legal or regulatory requirements.
To use the Platform, you must:
Use of the Platform by individuals under 18 years of age is prohibited.
The Platform is not intended for emergency, urgent, or life-threatening medical situations.
If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical care.
Do not use the Platform for emergency medical needs, emergency communications, or urgent medical treatment.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information when using the Platform.
Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information may result in:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit through the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is subject to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Medical information may be collected, maintained, and processed by independent Clinical Providers and their affiliated platforms in accordance with applicable law and their respective privacy practices.
T·TIME may collect, use, and process non-clinical information, including account information, contact information, billing information, order information, subscription information, and customer support communications, as described in the Privacy Policy.
All fees, charges, subscription terms, and billing schedules are disclosed at or before the time of purchase.
By submitting payment information, you authorize T·TIME to charge the applicable fees associated with your selected product, service, subscription, laboratory test, or treatment program.
Recurring subscriptions will continue to renew and bill according to the selected billing schedule unless canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedures.
Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the applicable Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
T·TIME and the Clinical Providers make no guarantees regarding:

All content, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, designs, functionality, and other materials available through the Platform, excluding user-provided content, are owned by T·TIME or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without prior written permission from T·TIME.
You may not:
T·TIME may suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate access to the Platform or Services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, legal or regulatory requirements, abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or providers, suspected fraud or misuse, safety concerns, non-compliance with medical requirements, non-payment, or any actual or perceived risk to users, providers, T·TIME, or the Platform. Termination of access does not eliminate any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T·TIME, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents shall not be liable for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T·TIME's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to T·TIME during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T·TIME, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Information you provide.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable law.
- Your misuse of any product, service, prescription, or treatment obtained through the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, any product or service offered by T·TIME, or the relationship between you and T·TIME shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis.
The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its applicable consumer arbitration rules then in effect.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision, including any claim that all or part of this provision is void or unenforceable.
You and T·TIME agree that all disputes shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, claimant, class representative, class member, or participant in any purported class action, collective action, consolidated action, mass action, or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple persons and may not preside over any form of class, collective, representative, or mass proceeding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and T·TIME knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any products or services offered through the Platform.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from:
If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, the Platform, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to the Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver provisions above, the parties agree that Texas shall be the exclusive venue for any judicial proceeding permitted under these Terms.
T·TIME may modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and become effective upon posting unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
