T·TIME Refund Policy

Last updated: 1-MAR-2026

Overview

T·TIME provides subscription-based telemedicine treatment programs that may include medical intake, physician consultations, laboratory testing, prescription fulfillment, and ongoing treatment management, where medically appropriate.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and when purchases are non-refundable.

By purchasing any subscription, product, laboratory test, or treatment program offered through T·TIME, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Subscription Plans

T·TIME offers various subscription plans, products, and treatment programs.

Billing frequency, pricing, included services, and commitment periods vary by plan and are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the billing schedule selected by the customer, including monthly, quarterly, or other recurring billing intervals where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy, charges remain valid and payable once processed.

Medical Reviews and Testing

Certain treatments may require laboratory testing, medical questionnaires, physician consultations, follow-up reviews, or additional information requests, depending on the treatment program and the independent healthcare provider's clinical judgment.

Specific requirements may vary by treatment and are disclosed during the enrollment process.

Medical eligibility is determined solely by independent licensed healthcare providers based on the information, medical history, laboratory results, questionnaires, and other materials deemed relevant by the provider.

Medical Ineligibility Determination

If a licensed healthcare provider determines that a customer is not medically eligible to receive the requested treatment before a prescription is issued, T·TIME will refund all amounts paid for the treatment program, excluding laboratory testing kits, laboratory services, shipping charges, and any services already rendered.

Eligibility determinations are made exclusively by licensed healthcare providers exercising independent medical judgment and are final.

Patient Responsibility and Ongoing Billing

Services begin when a customer enrolls in a treatment program and receives access to intake forms, medical review, physician evaluation, laboratory testing services, customer support, treatment management services, or other program components.

Subscription fees continue to be billed according to the selected billing schedule unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedures.

Customers are responsible for timely completion of all required intake forms, laboratory testing, physician-requested information, follow-up requirements, and other program requirements.

Failure to complete required testing, provide requested information, respond to communications, or participate in required medical reviews does not pause, suspend, extend, or cancel a subscription and does not create eligibility for a refund.

Customers remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

Medical ineligibility determinations remain subject to the refund provisions described above.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to complete required intake forms, laboratory testing, physician-requested information, or medical reviews.
  • Failure to schedule, attend, complete, or participate in required consultations or follow-up requirements.
  • Voluntary discontinuation of a treatment program after enrollment.
  • Failure to comply with treatment requirements, program requirements, or physician instructions.
  • Subscription charges that have already been processed prior to cancellation.
  • Laboratory testing kits, laboratory services, shipping charges, and related fees once ordered, shipped, delivered, activated, processed, or used.
  • Physician consultation fees once a clinical review has been completed.
  • Medications once a prescription has been issued and transmitted to a pharmacy for fulfillment or dispensing.

Once a prescription has been issued and transmitted to a pharmacy, the associated medication order becomes final and cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged, regardless of shipment status.
