Subscription Plans
- T·TIME offers various subscription plans with different price structure and commitment. .
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and include access to telemedicine services, required medical reviews, testing and treatment management.
- Subscription fees continue to be billed according to the selected plan unless a refund is issued under the conditions outlined below.
Medical Reviews and Testing
- Treatment may require lab testing, medical questionnaires, and/or consultation with a licensed physician, depending on the specific treatment and the physician’s clinical judgment. Specific requirements for each treatment are described throughout the website.
- Medical eligibility is determined solely by licensed physicians engaged through T·TIME’s clinical network.
- Eligibility determinations are based exclusively on T·TIME-required medical intake, physician consultation and in some cases laboratory testing.
Medical Ineligibility Determination
- Medical ineligibility is determined solely by a licensed physician engaged through T·TIME’s clinical network, using only T·TIME-required testing and consultations.
- Determinations based on third-party physicians, external laboratory results or tests not ordered through T·TIME are not accepted.
- If a T·TIME-affiliated licensed physician determines that a patient is not medically eligible to initiate or continue treatment, the patient will receive a full refund. Period.
Patient Responsibility and Ongoing Billing
- Access to the telemedicine program and availability of physician services constitute initiation of service.
- Subscription fees continue to be billed according to the selected plan regardless of whether the patient completes required lab testing or schedules physician consultations.
- Failure to complete required testing or consultations does not pause, suspend or cancel the subscription and does not entitle the patient to a refund, except in cases of medical ineligibility as defined above.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:
- Failure to schedule or attend required physician consultations.
- Voluntary discontinuation of the program without completing required medical reviews.
- Non-compliance with required testing or treatment protocols.
- Cancel subscription requests made less than 5 business days before the next billing date.
- Due to pharmacy regulations, once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for dispensing, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.
- Blood tests are non refundable.
- Cancellation after a physician has reviewed the case and issued a prescription. In such cases, a $35 physician consultation fee will be deducted from any refund.
- If your medication has not been shipped within 14 days after you have completed all required medical steps and submitted all information requested by the physician, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only when the delay is not caused by missing information, incomplete requirements, or failure to respond to requests from the medical team.
Billing, Refunds and Support
- T·TIME is the Merchant of Record and is responsible for all billing, refunds and chargebacks.
- All refund requests and billing inquiries must be submitted directly to T·TIME through official customer support channels.

- This Refund Policy is presented to customers during checkout and is available within the customer account area and support documentation.
