Overview
T·TIME provides subscription-based telemedicine treatment programs that may include medical intake, physician consultations, periodic lab testing, and, when medically appropriate, prescription treatment.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are issued and when they are not. All terms are disclosed to customers prior to purchase and apply to all subscription plans.
Subscription Plans
T·TIME offers subscription plans with minimum commitments of six (6) or twelve (12) months. Subscriptions are billed monthly and include access to telemedicine services, required medical reviews, testing, and treatment management.
Subscription fees continue to be billed according to the selected plan unless a refund is issued under the conditions outlined below.
Medical Reviews and Testing
- Patients are required to complete lab testing and a consultation with a licensed physician approximately every three (3) months to initiate or continue treatment.
- Medical eligibility is determined solely by licensed physicians engaged through T·TIME’s clinical network.
- Eligibility determinations are based exclusively on T·TIME-required medical intake, physician consultation, and laboratory testing.
Test Kit Shipment and Activation
- Upon subscription, an at-home test kit is shipped to the patient at T·TIME’s expense.
- The total cost of the test kit, including materials, logistics, and shipping, is $179.
Refunds Before and After Shipment
- If a refund is requested before the test kit has shipped, the patient is eligible for a full refund.
- If the test kit has shipped but has not been returned to the laboratory, and no physician consultation has occurred, the patient may request a partial refund, less a non-refundable $179 test kit fee, provided the request is made within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- Refund requests made after fourteen (14) calendar days from confirmed delivery, where the test kit has not been returned to the laboratory, are not eligible for refund.
- Once the test kit has been returned to the laboratory for processing, the service is considered rendered and no refunds are issued, except as outlined under Medical Ineligibility Determination.
Invalid, Tainted, or Unusable Samples
- If the laboratory determines that a returned test sample is invalid, contaminated, tampered with, mishandled, or otherwise unusable due to patient error or intentional interference, no refund will be issued.
- In such cases, the patient may request a replacement test kit for a fee of $179.
This replacement fee is non-refundable, including in cases where the patient is later determined to be medically ineligible, as the original test kit was rendered unusable due to patient fault.
- If the laboratory determines that a test kit or sample was unusable due to manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or laboratory error attributable to T·TIME or its partners, T·TIME will provide one (1) replacement test kit at no additional cost.
- Any additional replacement kits beyond the first no-cost replacement are subject to the standard $179 non-refundable fee.
Medical Ineligibility Determination
- Medical ineligibility is determined solely by a licensed physician engaged through T·TIME’s clinical network, using only T·TIME-required testing and consultations.
- Determinations based on third-party physicians, external laboratory results, or tests not ordered through T·TIME are not accepted.
- If a T·TIME-affiliated licensed physician determines that a patient is not medically eligible to initiate or continue treatment, the patient will receive a full refund, regardless of test kit usage or laboratory processing status.
Patient Responsibility and Ongoing Billing
- Access to the telemedicine program, test kit shipment, and availability of physician services constitute initiation of service.
- Subscription fees continue to be billed according to the selected plan regardless of whether the patient completes required lab testing or schedules physician consultations.
- Failure to complete required testing or consultations does not pause, suspend, or cancel the subscription and does not entitle the patient to a refund, except in cases of medical ineligibility as defined above.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not issued in the following situations:
- Failure to return the test kit to the laboratory.
- Failure to schedule or attend required physician consultations.
- Voluntary discontinuation of the program without completing required medical reviews.
- Non-compliance with required testing or treatment protocols.
- Refund requests made outside the fourteen (14) day window after test kit delivery.
- Invalid or tainted samples caused by patient fault.
