These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services operated by T-Time Health Inc. (“T-Time,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including any related content, features, or services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Structure and Role of T-Time Health Inc.

T-Time Health Inc. is a non-clinical technology, administrative, and marketing services provider.
T-Time does not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

All clinical services, including medical evaluations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment decisions, are provided exclusively by independent, licensed U.S. healthcare providers or professional medical entities (“Clinical Providers”) that are separate legal entities from T-Time.

T-Time does not control, direct, or interfere with the professional judgment of any Clinical Provider.

All medical services, clinical evaluations, prescriptions, and medical records are provided solely by independent, licensed healthcare providers, including but not limited to:

The Platform does not replace in-person medical care.
No information on the Platform should be considered medical advice.

Any medical decision, including whether to prescribe medication, is made solely by the Clinical Provider based on their independent medical judgment, applicable law, and the information you provide.

3. Geographic Availability

The Platform is available for use by individuals who are physically present within the United States.

We currently provide services in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

At this time, we are unable to accept patients located in any U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and others) or American citizens situated on U.S. military bases or within U.S. embassies abroad.

Service availability and scope may vary by state due to state‑specific medical, regulatory, or other legal requirements.

4. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally able to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information

Use of the Platform by minors is prohibited.

5. No Emergency Services

The Platform is not for emergency or urgent medical situations.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical care.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.

Providing false or misleading medical information may result in:

  • Denial of services
  • Termination of access
  • Potential medical risk

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

T-Time does not require or store user email addresses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate policy.

Protected Health Information (PHI), if any, is handled by Clinical Providers or HIPAA-covered entities in accordance with applicable law.

T-Time’s handling of non-clinical data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

8. Payments and Fees

Fees charged on the Platform may include:

  • Administrative services
  • Technology services
  • Non-clinical support

Medical fees are charged by Clinical Providers separately or via authorized arrangements.

All fees are disclosed prior to payment.
Refunds, if any, are governed by applicable policies and law.

9. No Guarantees or Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

  • Medical outcomes
  • Specific health improvements
  • Prescription approval
  • Treatment effectiveness

Medical results vary by individual.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, excluding user-provided information, is owned by T-Time or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit Platform content without written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to obtain medications without proper evaluation
  • Misrepresent your identity or medical history
  • Interfere with Platform operations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Platform

12. Suspension and Termination

T-Time may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Risk to users, providers, or the Platform

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

T-Time shall not be liable for:

  • Medical decisions or outcomes
  • Acts or omissions of Clinical Providers
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T-Time from any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Information you provide
  • Violation of these Terms


15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Texas.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
