Below are answers to the most common questions.
Dosage changes are normally reviewed when your current prescription ends.
For an earlier dosage change, contact support@ttime.men. Your current prescription will need to be voided, and a new order and physician review will be required before a different dosage can be prescribed.
Changing plans requires canceling your current subscription and placing a new order.
Different plans include different quantities and billing terms, so your existing prescription cannot be transferred to the new plan. A new prescription and physician review are required.
First, stop your subscription in the patient portal to prevent additional automatic charges.

Once an order has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, it may no longer be canceled or refunded.
A blood test kit can usually be canceled while its status is still Pending, before the laboratory begins preparing it.

Once your kit ships, tracking information will be sent automatically by email.
