Your clinician decides after reviewing your health form. List your medical history, allergies, pregnancy plans, and medications. Include any personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2.
What side effects should I know about?
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and stomach discomfort can occur. Serious risks can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney problems, low blood sugar, and allergic reactions. This is not a complete list.
Discuss risks with your clinician. Follow the instructions supplied with your prescription. Seek urgent help for severe symptoms; call 911 in an emergency.
Can I switch from another GLP-1 medication?
Tell your clinician which medication you take, your last dose, and when you took it. A photo of your prescription label can help. Your clinician decides whether you can switch.
What if I am not prescribed, or I cancel?
If a clinician declines to prescribe for medical reasons, your treatment-program payment is refunded in full. Cancellation after your intake is submitted for medical review carries a $70 fee. Orders are final once a prescription is sent to the pharmacy. Shipped orders are non-refundable.
