How do I choose?
Start with the format you prefer: a dissolving tablet or a weekly injection. Semaglutide acts on GLP-1 receptors; tirzepatide acts on GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Your clinician reviews your health history and decides what is appropriate.
What does ODT mean?
Orally disintegrating tablet—a tablet designed to dissolve in the mouth. Follow your prescription label. The ODT is a different formulation from injectable semaglutide, and doses are not interchangeable.
How does billing work?
Semaglutide ODT and injectable semaglutide are each $99 billed monthly. The ODT ships monthly. Injectable tirzepatide is $149 per month equivalent, billed as a three-month program. All prescribed doses stay at the same price for your selected plan, with zero hidden fees. Review the billing and renewal terms before enrolling.
What does compounded mean?
A licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares medication for an individual prescription. Compounding may be appropriate when an FDA-approved medicine cannot meet an individual medical need. These preparations are not Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Zepbound® or Mounjaro®, or FDA-approved generics. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.
What if treatment is not approved?

What should I know before starting?
Tell your clinician about current medicines, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding or plans for pregnancy, oral birth control, personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, and severe digestive problems.
